The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids to update the City Hall’s boardroom broadcasting and presentation equipment until 2:00 P.M. on October 12th, 2022, at the City Finance Department in the City Administration Building at 400 N. Broadway, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. All interested parties may obtain complete specifications from the City Finance Department, at the address listed above or by contacting City Finance at 479-238-0909. Sealed bids should be mailed to P.O. Box 80, Siloam Springs, Arkansas 72761, Attn: Finance/I.T. Boardroom Overhaul. Hand Deliveries may be made to 400 N. Broadway, Siloam Springs, AR. Bids must be received by above date and time.
The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, but only if it is the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities. The bids must remain in effect for ninety (90) days.
