The City of Siloam Springs is requesting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing professional engineering and surveying services for street, streetscape, trails, bridges, drainage, water and sewer projects.
The SOQ’s will be used for selection of surveyors and/or engineers for projects that may be planned for design in 2021 or 2022. Please submit one (1) paper copy of statement of qualifications and one (1) identical digital PDF copy on a properly labeled CD. Submissions shall be received no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.

The name and address of the firm shall be on the outside of the package, as well as identifying verbiage ‘Professional Engineering and Surveying Qualifications’.
In evaluating the qualifications of each firm, the following shall be considered:
- The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of professional services required;
- The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project;
- The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules and deadlines; and
- The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located.
Proposers should structure their responses to follow this sequence where possible.
