The community of Siloam Springs is eagerly gearing up to pay tribute to our nation's heroes at the annual Veterans Day Parade, proudly hosted by American Legion Post 29.
"We are excited to come together as a community to celebrate and honor the remarkable sacrifices and service of our veterans," said Mike Henry of the American Legion.
This patriotic parade will take place on November 11, starting at 9:30 a.m. at the Siloam Springs Armory, 1333 East Main St., Siloam Springs. The parade route will lead participants and spectators through the vibrant streets of downtown Siloam Springs, culminating by the Park House Inn.
For those who wish to be a part of this memorable occasion by entering a float in the parade, please assemble at the Siloam Springs Armory at 9 a.m. on the day of the event. Your presence and creative contributions are welcomed.
Following the Veteran's Day parade, the Siloam Springs Rotary Club will host a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the newly finished healing garden at the Parks and Recreation Building, located at 401 W. University, Siloam Springs. The community is invited to attend.
