[ARCHIVED] Let's Talk Brush!

Bruch truck collection brush.

Due to staffing and equipment issues, the City has been unable to collect brush for over three weeks. Today, however, as you are driving around Siloam Springs, you may see both brush trucks working to collect brush.

The City is divided into routes for brush and trash. If your trash is picked up on Monday, your normal brush route is the first full week of the month. If your trash day is Tuesday, your brush should be picked up the second full week of the month, and so on.

One truck started route four this week and is working backward on the route. The second truck started route one today. The plan is to complete the routes by late next week. Once they have been past your neighborhood, they will not be back until July when they get back to the regular schedule.

Thank you for your patience while we’ve worked through these issues. The good news is we will be fully staffed starting next week.
