Governor Asa Hutchinson has ordered the United States flag and the state flag of Arkansas to be lowered to half-staff in tribute to the memory of Former Adjutant General MG (Retired) Harold Gwatney. General Gwatney passed away on January 7, 2022. Flags are to be lowered immediately and remain at half-staff until the day of interment.
