The Siloam Springs Fire Department announces an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Customer survey. This will allow customers a way to provide valuable insight and feedback into our performance. The survey lets individuals who have been treated by one of the Siloam Springs Fire Department’s ambulances provide honest and confidential feedback into their experience.
“The Siloam Springs Fire Department’s goal is to consistently improve the quality of the services provided to the customers”, said Siloam Springs Fire Department’s Chief Jeremey Criner. “The feedback will be an integral part of our quality improvement program.”
