We’d like to express our gratitude to Mayor John Mark Turner, who has served on the City of Siloam Springs Board of Directors since 2006. He served the residents of Ward 1 until he was elected Mayor in 2012. Mayor Turner serves on the Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce Board and Benton County Intergovernmental Council. In 2014 he completed the Certified Municipal Official training through the Arkansas Municipal League.
Throughout his time on the Board and as Mayor, Mr. Turner has led countless discussions that have spurred progress which can be seen throughout the City. He has open parks, hosted groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and read proclamations that have impacted thousands.
