City Clerk

The City Clerk is responsible for providing accountability and stewardship for the city's public records; sealing and attesting to ordinances, resolutions, various other documents; and providing the same upon request, as well as codifying and publishing city ordinances.  

The City Clerk coordinates the agenda process for the Board of Directors' Regular and Special-Called meetings and records the proceedings of the same; provides staff support to the Board of Directors and performs other duties as directed by the City Administrator.
