City Planning

The Planning Division actively seeks to enhance the community of Siloam Springs by offering current and long-range planning services to its residents. The Division's current planning service works to provide one-stop services for all development activity in the City. These services include: Significant Development Permits, Preliminary and Final Plats, Lot Splits, Common Lot Line Permits, Rezoning, Prohibited and Special Use Permits, Sign Permits, and Variances. The Planning Staff reviews development applications for compliance with the City of Siloam Spring's development standards. The intent of these reviews is to maintain and improve our citizens' quality of life, protect the environment, and plan for the future needs of our community.

The Planning Division long-range services also seeks to maintain the excellent quality of life in Siloam Springs by ensuring that land-use decisions reflect the community's core values and vision for the future. This vision is primarily maintained in Siloam Spring's Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Division's long-range services will seek to develop this plan as well as other special projects that unite the community's objectives.
