Welcome to the City of Siloam Springs online Customer Service Center for your utility account. The City is pleased to announce that you can now pay, as well as view your utility bill, including historical charges and usage, ONLINE on a 24/7 basis.

Pay over the internet using your credit or debit card. You will need to signup first in order to pay online. Click on the link below to signup if you have not already done so and follow the instructions provided.

What are the benefits of online viewing?

Internet access improves customer service by giving you, the customer, online access to your account information any time of the day or night, seven days a week from the convenience of your home or office. Why call a customer service representative in order to answer your standard billing or inquiry issues? You can now access the following information whenever you want:

Payment history - View your account's payment history.
Customer account information - View your account information, including account status and balance, last bill sent, and last payment received.

To make paying your bill as convenient as possible, the City also offers the following payment options:

Pay your bill automatically by direct debit!
Pay your bill automatically each month by direct debit to your checking account. Please call 524-5136 for more information and instructions on how to register.

Pay by mail
Mail full payment of the amount due along with your payment stub to the address indicated below. Please make your check or money order payable to the City of Siloam Springs and write your account number on the face of the check/moneyorder. DO NOT SEND CASH.
