Utility Customers Erroneous Bills

A number of the City’s utility customers were erroneously billed for two months of usage this billing cycle. As a result, some customers will have high usage amounts, resulting in higher bills. Customers that are part of this erroneous billing group will not be required to pay the full amount, but only for ½ of the amount billed this month. The remainder of the bill will be due with bill sent out in December.

Approximately 400 customers whose bills were sent out November 1 (therefore receiving bills shortly thereafter) were affected. To confirm you were part of this group, or to answer any questions about your utility bill, please call 479-524-5136 ext. 1 for the Utility Billing office.
